Worldwide, delivered remotely

Remote AI implementation worldwide, with United States, Gulf and South Asia hours covered

Vantage Systems delivers artificial intelligence (AI) implementation remotely to operators worldwide, with live systems in the United States, Saudi Arabia and Egypt and a deployment under way in Pakistan. Clients get working software every week, a written update they can forward to the board, and data that stays in the region agreed with them.

Key facts

Gulf home base
Saudi Arabia, on Arabia Standard Time.
Where systems run today
Live in the United States, Saudi Arabia and Egypt; in progress in Pakistan.
Cadence
A live demo every week, a written weekly update, and decisions recorded in writing.
Data handling
Kept in the region agreed with each client, decided before any data moves.

How does one project run across United States, Gulf and South Asia hours?

By using the ends of the day, because the evening on the United States West Coast is the next morning in the Gulf, Pakistan and Egypt. When it is 8 p.m. Pacific Time, Riyadh, Doha and Manama are on Arabia Standard Time at 6 or 7 a.m., Dubai and Muscat are on Gulf Standard Time an hour later, and Karachi and Cairo are starting their day too.

The exact gap moves twice a year because California observes daylight saving and Egypt reinstated it in 2023. Egypt and the United States change their clocks on different dates, so for a few weeks each spring and autumn Cairo sits at 5 a.m. rather than 6. We set every standing meeting in the client's local time and adjust the other side when the clocks change.

What does a remote engagement look like week to week?

It runs on a few fixed habits rather than on meetings. Each week ends with a live demo of working software on the client's own data, recorded for anyone who missed it, and a short written update listing what shipped, what is next and which decisions we need.

Between demos, questions go into one shared thread that the founder reads daily, and every decision is written down where both sides can find it. That keeps a Saudi leadership team, a Pakistani plant manager and a United States head office working from the same page without anyone waking at 3 a.m.

  • Weekly: live demo, recording and written update.
  • Daily: one shared thread, answered within one business day.
  • Each phase: fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before work starts.

Where does client data sit on a remote engagement?

In the region agreed with the client, settled before the build and written into the scope of the first phase. The rules behind that choice differ by country: our Saudi Arabia page covers the Saudi personal data law and the national data localization rules, and our United Arab Emirates page covers the federal law and the two financial free zones.

A few questions settle most cases early: where the people in the data live, whether a customer or government contract names a location, and who on the client side approves access to production systems.

What we build for clients outside our home markets

  • Leadership dashboards

An operational dashboard that gives an executive team one set of numbers, built and maintained remotely.

  • Document and tender agents

Custom AI agents that read packages and files in English and Arabic and list what matters.

  • Operations data layers

Pipelines connecting plant, finance and field systems, kept in the client's agreed region.

  • Failure prediction programs

Sensors where existing signals fall short, part-level models proven on introduced faults, and alerts sent to local planners.

Example: a research impact dashboard for a university in Egypt

A university in Egypt wanted to measure what its research spending returns and show it clearly to leadership. We built a dashboard that relates research spending to research output by faculty, department and researcher, with an illustrative cost model where real figures were not yet available, and a leadership presentation from the same numbers. It is live and was presented to university leadership.

How an engagement works

  1. A discovery sprint across time zones

Short sessions scheduled inside your working day, with the people who own the problem and the data.

  2. A fixed phase with the data region agreed

Fixed scope and fixed price per phase, with the data region written down before data moves.

  3. Weekly demos and written updates

Working software every week on your data, recorded, with a written update the leadership team can forward.

  4. Operation after launch

We monitor, maintain and retrain the system after go-live, and the engineer who built it answers.

Frequently asked questions

Can a remote team really deliver a production system?

Yes, when progress is visible every week. Working software on your own data each week means nobody waits months to learn whether the build is on track, and every decision is written down so a new manager can catch up without a meeting.

Which countries do you work in?

Our systems run today in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Pakistan, and we serve operators across the wider Gulf. Our United States page covers that market, and Saudi Arabia is our home base in the Gulf.

Will our data leave our country?

Only if you agree it can. The data region is fixed before the build starts, and any later change goes through the same agreement.

What languages do you work in?

English and Arabic. The founder is natively bilingual, and the systems read and write documents in both.

How do you handle a group with teams in several countries?

One project thread, one weekly demo time chosen to suit the main decision makers, and a recording for everyone else. The data region is still set in the agreement, so a group can keep each country's records where that country's rules want them.
